BigMoves AI 2.0 is now live.
Well... at least the MVP of the website. There's still a long list of feature updates to come.
We’re going all-in on honest tool reviews and practical templates.
We’ve already recorded over 100 YouTube review videos that are in editing.
Starting next week, they’ll go live under the BigMoves channel.
And it'll include both real Mitch videos and AI Mitch videos. Will you be able to tell?!
Why the change? Well...
The Shift I Can’t Ignore
Here’s the uncomfortable truth I’ve been wrestling with: AI automation as we know it today is living on borrowed time.
Right now, when you want to automate something, you need to:
- Learn N8N
- Understand API connections
- Map data between different systems
- Troubleshoot when things break
- Maintain workflows as platforms update
It’s complex. It’s technical. And honestly?
It shouldn’t have to be this hard.
If you've seen ChatGPT agents, or Perplexity's browser, Comet, you can clearly see where we're heading with agentic workflows.
Within the next 1-3 years, you’ll simply tell AI what you want, and it’ll build, test, and deploy the entire automation for you in a native or cloud browser.
The API Extinction Event
Here’s an even bigger shift coming: APIs themselves will probably become obsolete.
Instead of forcing different tools to talk through rigid connection points, AI will act as a universal translator.
It’ll read data from anywhere, understand what it means, and move it wherever it needs to go.
The complex plumbing that makes automation work today?
AI will handle all of that behind the scenes.
I give it 5 years, max.
Should You Stop Automating Today?
Absolutely not.
In fact, you should automate faster - otherwise you'll get left behind.
Here's why:
- the skills you develop automating workflows today will absolutely carry over.
- You're learning to see processes, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions.
- That thinking doesn't become obsolete.
But shift your focus.
Instead of getting obsessed with mastering n8n, focus on solving problems.
The tools will change.
The problems won't.
The Great Software Rebuild
This shift opens something massive: the ability to rebuild every piece of legacy software we use in business.
You know that feeling when you're using your CRM, or project management tool, or email platform, and you think "this is so clunky, there has to be a better way"?
There will be.
Companies that can't adapt to this AI-native world will disappear.
Meanwhile, we'll see an explosion of micro tools that do one thing incredibly well, instead of trying to be everything to everyone.
I've never been truly happy with my tech stack.

But when AI can handle most of the build, then people can focus on builder good quality tools for a low cost.
Which means no longer selling your soul to a VC firm that requires growth to the company at all costs.
It means a team of 2-5 people will be able to build epic tools and still make millions of dollars profit.

This is exactly why we're focusing on tools now.
Learning to use tools effectively will become more valuable than knowing how to build automations.
